Tech Help Session In-Person
Sign up for tech help appointments with our Reference librarian for any help you might need using your phone, computer, or tablet.
Appointments are limited to 30 minutes each, held Thursdays from 2pm-4pm.
Call us to reserve your spot at: 401-245-7686 Ext. 103.

Email us at: reference@georgehail.org. Use the subject heading: "Tech Help Appointment.' Please include a brief description of what you'd like to cover during your appointment. If we are unable to help you with the problems you wish to address, we will send you off with a referral.
Please bring to your appointment:
- Your device
- Charger - if the device is not charged or loses its charge quickly
- Any passwords you will need to get into your device - including the username and password to your email, if you need to use it during the appointment
Unfortunately, we cannot fix any hardware issues.
