Peru at Different Altitudes In-Person
The Board of Trustees Heritage Committee welcomes Valeria Molinelli who will present a brief lecture and cooking demonstration focusing on the diversity of foods in Peru, influenced by the country’s complex geography and rich history. Molinelli is the Department Chair and Senior Instructor of the College of Food Innovation & Technology at Johnson & Wales University.
