Travel Back in Time with Tinky: Colonial Family Fun Day In-Person
In honor of our nation's 250 birthday, travel back in time with Tinky for a colonial family fun day at the Jesse Smith Library in collaboration with the Daughters of the American Revolution Captain Job Knapp Chapter (Douglas, MA).
This drop-in style event is best for kids in elementary school and older with their families.
Community Room Activities: explore writing with a quill, make a tricorn hat, recreate Paul Revere's lantern
Riverwalk Activities: play colonial games such as hoop and stick, graces, & wooden ball and cup
Period costumes encouraged!
