Exploring Groundhog Day: Time in Science and the Movies In-Person
CinemaSci presents Exploring Groundhog Day: Time in Science and the Movies.
This presentation is an exploration of Science in the Movies, focusing on the topic of time. We'll explore time loops, time travel, relativity, and other time-related phenomena as they are depicted in the movies. The science of time will be described and applied to movies such as Groundhog Day, Interstellar, and the Terminator. Hoping for a vigorous discussion! Dr. Brian Blais of Bryant University will be presenting and running the discussion. Please register.
